1. AI disclosure

Our phone receptionist and website chat assistant are powered by artificial intelligence. They are not human employees. Callers and chat visitors are told this at the start of every conversation, and the assistant will confirm it honestly if asked at any time. If you would rather speak with a person, say so and the assistant will transfer you or take a callback.

2. Call recording & transcription

Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review messages, appointments, and quality. Florida is a two-party consent state: by continuing the call after the AI disclosure and recording notice, you consent to being recorded. If you do not consent, tell the assistant and it will stop and offer a callback or transfer instead.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

When you call a business we serve, or submit your phone number through a chat widget or web form, you agree that the business (through GetSparked Local) may send you automated text messages related to your inquiry — including missed-call follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and review requests.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
• We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties.

4. Not an emergency service

Our AI assistants are not an emergency service and are not monitored by a live human 24/7. In a life-safety emergency — fire, gas leak, injury, or medical emergency — hang up and dial 911 immediately. After-hours "emergency dispatch" features simply notify the business owner or on-call staff; response times are set by that business, not by GetSparked Local.

5. AI accuracy & professional advice

AI-generated answers, blog posts, social posts, SEO recommendations, and audit results are produced automatically and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice. Business owners are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published or acted upon.

6. Free website audit

Our free lead-leak audit is an automated scan of publicly available information about a website. It is a marketing tool, not a security assessment or a certification. Scan results are best-effort snapshots and may be incomplete or out of date.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, bookings, search rankings, or revenue. Testimonials, case studies, and example numbers shown on this site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised results.

8. Third-party services

Our platform relies on third-party providers (including telephony, AI model, calendar, payment, and social publishing services). Outages, rate limits, policy changes, or errors at those providers can affect the service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Business owner responsibilities

Businesses using our services are responsible for the accuracy of the information they give us (hours, pricing, policies, service areas), for holding any required licenses, and for complying with laws that apply to their own customer communications, including the TCPA, state calling and recording laws, and applicable AI disclosure rules.
